We usually charge $25 - $50 per hour based on the complexity and size of the project. Our typical UX projects range anywhere between $5,000 to $25,000 and could go well above $50,000 depending on the scope.

Does Tcules also undertake software development/programming of apps/websites?
Most of the work we do is within the purview of UX & UI Design. We only take up development work if we have been involved with the client since the ideation phase of the client’s product, and the client expects us to work on the development too. However, we don’t usually offer software development as a standalone service.
What are the tools you use for UX design?
We use a diverse set of tools that serve our purpose best for a particular part of a project. But some of the tools we use regularly are -

- User Flows - Flowmap
- Project Management - Trello, Monday.com
What is the timeline for a UX design project?
The delivery of the design project depends on the scope, complexity, platforms, budget, client feedback.
A typical design project would last anywhere from 2 weeks to 6 months depending upon the service we are engaged for. Bigger projects could take more than 6 months
What inputs and data do clients need to provide?
The project usually starts with a detailed interview with the clients. During the interview, we discuss in detail the following subjects:
- Business/organisational goals
- Target audience details
- Product goals
- Expected outcomes and KPIs of the project
- Technical specifications
- Market research data, if any
- Previous user experience audit results if any
- User analytics data, if any

Do you provide design implementation support as a part of the project deliverable?
Yes, we do provide design implementation support to the developers as a part of the project deliverable.
In the case of development projects, a warranty is offered wherein we solve the bugs in the software, if any, after its deployment. This free support period would range from 2 weeks to 2 months depending upon the size and the duration of the project.
