Who is responsible for your information
Tcules UX Private Limited, a company based in Ahmedabad, India, is responsible for the personal information this policy describes.
You can reach us at [email protected] about anything in this policy. The same address is our contact for privacy requests and for grievances about how we handle your personal information.
What this policy covers
This policy covers our website and the enquiries and emails you send us.
When we work for a client, the personal information we handle in that project is covered by our agreement with that client. This policy does not apply to it.
Information we collect
- What you send us. When you fill in our enquiry form or email us, we receive what you choose to share. This is usually your name, email address, company and message, and any link you include. Please don't send passwords or sensitive personal information this way.
- Technical and usage information. When you visit our website, we receive basic technical details, such as your IP address, browser and device type. We also learn how the site is used, such as the pages you visit and the page that brought you here.
- Cookies. Some of this information comes from cookies and similar technologies, as our Cookie Policy describes.
Why we use it, and on what basis
We use personal information only for the purposes below. For each one, we explain the reason the law allows it.
- To reply to you and discuss work you asked about. We use what you send us to answer your enquiry and to talk with you about possible work together. We do this because you asked us to, and because we have a legitimate interest in answering people who contact us.
- To run and improve our website. We use technical information to keep the site working and secure and to fix problems. This relies on our legitimate interest in running a reliable website.
- To measure how the website is used. Analytics cookies help us understand which pages people find useful. We use them only with your consent.
- To send you marketing emails, if you ask for them. We send news and updates by email only to people who have opted in. Every message includes a way to unsubscribe.
- To meet legal obligations. We may use or keep information where the law requires it, for example to answer a lawful request from a public authority.
Transfers outside India
Some of our service providers store or process information in other countries. When your personal information leaves India, the UK or the European Economic Area, we use the safeguards that the applicable law requires.
How long we keep it
We keep personal information only for as long as we need it for the purpose we collected it for, or for longer if the law requires it. After that, we delete it or anonymise it so that it no longer identifies you.
How we protect it
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information against loss, misuse and unauthorised access.
No way of sending or storing information over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee the security of your information.
Your rights
Depending on the law that applies to you, you can ask us to:
- tell you what personal information we hold about you and give you a copy
- correct it, complete it or bring it up to date
- delete it
- stop or limit how we use it, or object to a particular use
Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time. This does not affect anything we did with your consent before you withdrew it.
To make a request or raise a grievance, write to [email protected]. We may need to confirm who you are before we act on a request. We will reply within the time the applicable law sets.
These rights come from the law where you are:
- India. The Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 gives you these rights. If you are not satisfied with how we handle your grievance, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
- The UK. The UK General Data Protection Regulation gives you these rights. You can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
- The European Union and European Economic Area. The EU General Data Protection Regulation gives you these rights. You can complain to the data protection authority in your country.
If you live elsewhere, your local law may give you similar rights. Write to us and we will consider your request.
Children
Our website is meant for businesses and is not aimed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you think a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time, to reflect changes in what we do or in the law. We will post the new version on this page and change the date at the top.
