Job Description
We are looking for an experienced designer with a deep understanding of user-centered design (UCD). As a Design Lead, you will work with a team of researchers, UX and UI designers, visual designers and design managers. You are a great leader, an innovator with your design skills & a proficient teacher.

01.
Transform high level product requirements into fully fledged design flows & independently lead the design projects and manage deliverables
02.
Conduct qualitative & quantitative research via user research, competitor analysis and perform design audits & heuristic evaluation of digital products
03.
Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows & sitemaps and do research synthesis & report writing
04.
Develop information architecture & low fidelity wireframes and create high fidelity UI designs & prototypes using Figma
