01.
Conduct qualitative and quantitative research using various UX research methods such as user research, competitors analysis, stakeholder interactions.
02.
Perform design audits and heuristic evaluation of digital products.
03.
Research synthesis, design problem extraction and report writing.
04.
Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps.
05.
Develop information architecture and low fidelity wireframes.
06.
Create high fidelity UI designs using Figma.
